As for the tea, it was a delicate jasmine.
I'm not at all sure about jasmine tea. When I was new to drinking tea, I found it easier to palate than a gunpowder or sencha type of tea. But now that I'm a seasoned drinker, I find the floral flavour is a distraction from the true star. Perhaps it's like starting with Passion Pop and gradually working your way up to tolerating the stronger alcohols.
