This pot of tea was served at the new Cockadoodle cafe by a gentleman who clearly understood the importance of treating a tea drinker (and their tea) with respect. He made a point of informing me of the exact temperature of the water used to brew the tea, and insisting that I report back to him immediately if the tea was too bitter for my liking.
It was lovely.
