Today's tea was served at "Bean Scene" in St Lucia. When I ordered 'green', the waiter looked apologetic and confessed that the green on offer was infused with jasmine, and asked if this would suffice. I admitted that it was not my favourite combination, but that I would survive. A handmade chocolate dulled the sense of disappointment.
